I love these Vintage Stars! Each star uses four fabrics. Use a fat quarter bundle from your favorite collection to create your vintage quilt. I used Fig & Plum by Fig Tree Quilts for Moda. This line of fabric is especially vintage in feel and was a perfect match to this pattern. My wife, Roxie, has a vintage star quilt (circa 1850) that inspired me. I created my own star block and added sashing. The goal was to create something vintage. This quilt would also be great in solids, in 30’s reproductions or in red, white, and blue. I love how this turned out – I had such fun making this and I know you will too!!!
